My journey in the field of psychology spans over a decade as a mental health educator, researcher, and certified clinical hypnotist.

My personal battle with debilitating health anxiety began in 2010 after the birth of my first child. After experiencing severe depersonalization/derealization (DPDR), followed by my first panic attack, I was left feeling disconnected from reality and convinced something was medically wrong with me. Despite my extensive background in psychology, I felt lost and overwhelmed. Determined to regain control, I relentlessly sought to understand my health anxiety, eventually uncovering the keys to recovery. Now, my mission is to guide others along the path to healing.
